We firmly believe that adequate provisions for health and safety are essential to working life. The maintenance of healthy and safe working conditions and the prevention of injuries and losses are not only of vital importance to the Company’s efficiency and success, but also in the best interests of all our employees and their families. We therefore aim to ensure that all employees are fully aware of their responsibility for safety and of the safety rules which are relevant to their own jobs and provide up to date information about health and safety issues at work.
Accordingly, it is the policy of Net Temps Limited to comply as far as reasonably practicable with the terms of the Health and Safety Act 1974, and all relevant regulations and codes of practice and all current and future statutory legislation. Net Temps has and will maintain a “safe system of work” for all of its employees and visitors to its offices. The Company will take into account any recommendations made by the Health and Safety Executive with regard to health and safety issues and where appropriate, liaise with the Health and Safety Executive on particular Health and Safety issues which are of particular relevance to the Company.
The Company has appointed competent persons to provide all necessary legal, technical and practical health and safety assistance and information and seeks specialist Health and Safety advice from a fully qualified advisor.
