Hi I’m Tracy and I'm the Sales Director. I've been at Net temps since the beginning of time. I thrive on the hard work, humour and interaction with my clients and staff. You will find me in my wellies trudging across building sites in all weathers or in the office in never ending meetings with my other directors.
My hobbies include Pacific whale herding; under water basket weaving and the appreciation of fine wines (one out of the three is true).
I would love to get a first prize in my local village bake off competition but in all honesty I excel in eating rather than making cakes.
Lyndsey Barrow

Hi I am Lyndsey, I joined Net Temps in 2005, (just passing through) and my role is as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. I started in the Resource Department and soon progressed through the ranks to Sales. I have an extensive knowledge in all aspects of recruitment, allowing me to correctly match the workers key skills to the job.
I am keen to offer the best possible service to my customers and regularly visit site. I provide only the best cream cakes in town and make an exceptionally good brew.
I am a Yorkshire lass originally and some may say I have short arms and long pockets, but that’s just not true. I graduated from a Fashion Degree and I am currently working on a new range of PPE which will hopefully be showing next summer 2012 in Milan.
I am the best driver at Net Temps contrary to what all the others may say. I passed my driving test the first time (however I am not taking into account the fact that I lost the first one that originally took six attempts!)
I am a genuine down to earth character and would one day like to become the Strictly Come Dancing champion of the world.

Hi, my name is Rachel. I am one of the Senior Recruitment Consultants at Net Temps. I joined the company in 2009 and haven’t looked back since.
Having graduating in 2007 with a degree in Psychology with Sociology I have always been in a customer facing role. I have learnt that in order to be successful it isn’t about badgering potential customers until they finally use you, it is about offering the highest level of customer service so they want to come back to you and will recommend you to their peers.
I consider myself the best driver at Net Temps still having a clean licence after all these years. I also haven’t had an accident since I wrote my car off three hours after my driving test!
In my head I sound like the best singer in the world but I have been told otherwise by many, many people – Simon Cowell hasn’t heard me yet so there is still hope.
I am waiting in eager anticipation for the invention of steel toe capped high heels!

Hi, my name’s Jack Nesteruk and I’m part of Net Temps’ senior Business Development team.
Being the most recent fledgling of the group, I have three mother hens bringing me up to become the cock of the team…
Graduating from a Journalism degree I have always enjoyed developing relations and taking time out to get views from the other side of the circle.
Obviously being the only lad in the senior team leaves me outnumbered when it comes to office talk of handbags, nails and clothes.
Exclusives include: Lyndsey spotted in yet another new dress - after all it’s because ‘she did fashion’. And quite bluntly Rachel enjoys ‘selling men’.
It’s a relief getting to a site where the site manager is a beer swilling Arsenal lover who likes nothing more than a night in the pub followed by a kebab!
In the future I want to own an Aston Martin (not the matchbox version), drive as well as Lyndsey and have the same singing ability as Rach does.
On a serious note: I take pride in working hard and achieving the best service possible.

Hi I’m Duncan and I’m the newest and oldest addition to the Net Temps’ senior Business Development team.
Having come from a Construction Recruitment background, I feel that I can bring added knowledge on board.
Obviously making a name for yourself within the Recruitment industry is a big highlight of the job – unless people call you Doug instead of Duncan!
As I've only just joined I’m slowly coming to terms with the girly talk of handbags, nails and clothes. Fortunately for Jack, rugby now comes into the conversations too.
Coming from Somerset I can honestly say I’m not a southern softie. There’s nothing more I enjoy more than watching the rugby and having a few pints of Guinness – they do say it’s good for you after all!
I pride myself on the quality of service that I provide to clients and candidates. This approach and attention to detail is testament to how I wish to continue and move forward at Net Temps..
